Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF670 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,051 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF670-associated genes across cancer lineages are AHCTF1, ZNF124, and LIN9. Each is linked with ZNF670 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF670-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF670 results are reported.
