Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF670-ZNF695 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZNF670-ZNF695 data layer compared with 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher ZNF670-ZNF695 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF670-ZNF695 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and KIRC show a favorable association.
KICH, ACC, and MESO are the cancer types where ZNF670-ZNF695 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
