The most reproducible ZNF668-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CAMP/PKA signal transduction, Regulation of chromatin organization, and Regulation of protein localization to centrosome. Each is linked with ZNF668 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF668-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF668 results are reported.
