Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF663P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,163 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF663P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Obsolete histone H3-K4 methylation, Smoothened signaling pathway, and Obsolete regulation of dosage compensation by inactivation of X chromosome. Each is linked with ZNF663P in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF663P-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF663P results are reported.
