Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF660 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF660 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher ZNF660 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF660 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
CESC, ESCA, and PRAD are the cancer types where ZNF660 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
