The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher ZNF66 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF66 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, BLCA, and LIHC are the cancer types where ZNF66 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
