Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF66 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,275 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF66-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRPF4B, RPL28, and RPL7. Each is linked with ZNF66 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF66-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF66 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF66 versus PRPF4B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF66→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF66) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
