Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF66 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF66-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01832, RPL12P3, and HMGB1P22. Each is linked with ZNF66 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF66-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF66 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01832 grouped by ZNF66-low versus ZNF66-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF66→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF66) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
