Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF66 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,201 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF66-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination, Regulation of double-strand break repair, and Positive regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with ZNF66 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF66-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF66 results are reported.
