The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher ZNF655 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF655 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCS, OV, and PRAD are the cancer types where ZNF655 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
