Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF655 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF655 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher ZNF655 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF655 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD show a favorable association.

PDAC, LUAD, and LSCC are the cancer types where ZNF655 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
