Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF654 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,764 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF654-associated genes across cancer lineages are CGGBP1, C3orf38, and PRIM2. Each is linked with ZNF654 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF654-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF654 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF654 versus CGGBP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF654→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF654) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
