Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF648 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,058 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF648-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay, Positive regulation of chromosome organization, and DNA-templated transcription elongation. Each is linked with ZNF648 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF648-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF648 results are reported.
