The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ZNF639 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF639 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and LUAD show a favorable association.
HNSC, CCRCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where ZNF639 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
