Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF639 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,411 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF639-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion, Somatic cell DNA recombination, and Somatic recombination of immunoglobulin gene segments. Each is linked with ZNF639 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF639-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF639 results are reported.
