The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher ZNF629 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF629 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THYM, UCEC, and PAAD are the cancer types where ZNF629 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
