Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF629 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,156 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF629-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromatin organization, Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair, and Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cell PML body. Each is linked with ZNF629 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF629-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF629 results are reported.
