The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZNF628 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF628 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and LSCC are the cancer types where ZNF628 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
