The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher ZNF627 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF627 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
CHOL and UCEC are the cancer types where ZNF627 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
