Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF625 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF625 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher ZNF625 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF625 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, BRCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where ZNF625 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
