Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF623 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF623 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ZNF623 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF623 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, COAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where ZNF623 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
