Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF619 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,688 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF619-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKNAD1, QSER1, and MAST4. Each is linked with ZNF619 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF619-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF619 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AKNAD1 grouped by ZNF619-low versus ZNF619-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF619→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF619) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
