Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF618 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,651 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF618-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-502P, MYO19, and TRMU. Each is linked with ZNF618 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF618-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF618 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-502P grouped by ZNF618-low versus ZNF618-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF618→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF618) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
