Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF618 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,036 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF618-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRM3, ZNF804B, and UNCX. Each is linked with ZNF618 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF618-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF618 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRM3 grouped by ZNF618-low versus ZNF618-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF618→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF618) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
