The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZNF616 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF616 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and HNSC show a favorable association.
UCEC, KIRP, and PRAD are the cancer types where ZNF616 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
