Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF615 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZNF615 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ZNF615 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF615 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and HNSC show a favorable association.

KIRC, STAD, and LGG are the cancer types where ZNF615 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
