Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF615 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF615 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher ZNF615 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF615 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

LUSC, UCEC, and SARC are the cancer types where ZNF615 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
