Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF614 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF614 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ZNF614 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF614 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.
ACC, UCEC, and STAD are the cancer types where ZNF614 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
