ZNF609

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF609 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,464 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF609-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAK2, ZNF594, and ZNF792. Each is linked with ZNF609 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF609-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF609 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF609 versus PAK2 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF609→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF609) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
