Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF609 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,030 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF609-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, Negative regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, and Nucleic acid transport. Each is linked with ZNF609 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF609-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF609 results are reported.
