ZNF606

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF606 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,009 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF606-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM28, EPM2AIP1, and PRPF4B. Each is linked with ZNF606 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF606-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF606 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF606 versus TRIM28 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF606→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF606) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
