Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF597 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF597 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZNF597 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF597 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where ZNF597 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
