Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF597 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,193 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF597-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are N-terminal protein amino acid acetylation, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cell PML body, and Regulation of gene silencing by regulatory ncRNA. Each is linked with ZNF597 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF597-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF597 results are reported.
