Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF592 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,386 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF592-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR61, HMG20A, and USP3. Each is linked with ZNF592 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF592-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF592 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF592 versus WDR61 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF592→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF592) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
