The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher ZNF585B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF585B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.
THYM, ESCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where ZNF585B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
