The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZNF583 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF583 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.
UCEC, PRAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where ZNF583 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
