Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF580 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF580 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ZNF580 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF580 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC show a favorable association.

LUAD, CCRCC, and LSCC are the cancer types where ZNF580 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
