The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher ZNF575 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF575 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CHOL and SKCM are the cancer types where ZNF575 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
