The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher ZNF575 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF575 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LSCC are the cancer types where ZNF575 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
