Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF574 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF574 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ZNF574 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF574 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC show a favorable association.

HNSC, LSCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where ZNF574 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
