Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF567 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,144 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF567-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions with bulged adenosine as nucleophile, mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and Nuclear pore complex assembly. Each is linked with ZNF567 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF567-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF567 results are reported.
