Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF562 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF562 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ZNF562 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF562 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, UCEC, and BRCA are the cancer types where ZNF562 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
