Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF557 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF557-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, PCNA, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with ZNF557 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF557-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF557 results are reported.
