The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher ZNF554 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF554 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

THCA, ESCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where ZNF554 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
