Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF552 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF552 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZNF552 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF552 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, SKCM, and CHOL are the cancer types where ZNF552 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
