The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZNF552 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF552 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LSCC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LSCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where ZNF552 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
