Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF552 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,969 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF552-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PKP4, STRBP, and TRIM28. Each is linked with ZNF552 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF552-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF552 results are reported.
