ZNF532

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF532 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,435 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF532-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DBN1, SEC23B, and SMAD4. Each is linked with ZNF532 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF532-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF532 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF532 versus DBN1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF532→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF532) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
