The most reproducible ZNF528-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Golgi vesicle transport, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with ZNF528 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF528-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF528 results are reported.
