Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF524 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,563 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF524-associated genes across cancer lineages are JOSD2, NOSIP, and NDUFA3. Each is linked with ZNF524 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF524-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF524 results are reported.
